In French La Marée’ means ‘the tide’ which represents the restaurant’s harbourside locale.  The natural ebbing and flowing of the waters mirror the seasonality of the produce used to create our menu.

Focused on fresh local ingredients, the menu is a balance of textures and flavours with an undercurrent of French chic.
We believe not to be overcomplicated and let the quality speak for itself.
