In French La Marée’ means ‘the tide’ which represents the restaurant’s harbourside locale.  The natural ebbing and flowing of the waters mirror the seasonality of the produce used to create our menu.

This is a place where luxury meets soulful sustenance with an orchestrated symphony of French and Latin fusion cuisine takes place.
