Celebrate With Your Own Sofitel Bûche de Noël
For our annual Bûche de Noël (yule cake), the Sofitel pastry team has created a buzz to highlight the global plight of honey bees as well as celebrate the festive season.
Pastry Chefs Romain Jeunet, Jonathan Bertrand and Harish Sarma have taken inspiration from the hotel’s rooftop hives and created a cake confection incorporating our colony’s honey. This celebratory indulgence is named Lune de Miel (honeymoon) and is comprised of Sofitel honey sponge infused with Christmas spices, a blood orange centre, Sofitel honey mousse, honey gel, layers of citrus and a crunchy biscuit base.
This year, you can order and purchase your own Lune de Miel Bûche de Noël and bring our Christmas tradition into your home.
