The name ‘Lava’ is inspired by Auckland’s volcanic origins which is reflective in the backlit undersea marble interior, suggestive of the flow from this remarkable force of nature.

Nestled within Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour overlooking the Waitemata Basin and city skyline, Lava Dining sits alongside a stunning waterfront oasis, where the sun sets over languid yachts anchored in the Marina, and the city beckons beyond.

The menu reflects fresh, flavoursome food as well as award-winning wine from New Zealand and France. Indulge in a special selection of low-calorie De-Light choices, imaginative vegetarian items, in-season specialities and old favourites. A popular 30-minute Express Lunch is a value-offer featuring three courses, for those who are short on time. Lava Dining: Truly a taste explosion.
